Position Summary: 
We're in search of a compassionate and diligent Home Manager to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day operations at Gianna Home. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering a nurturing, supportive, and spiritually enriching environment for pregnant mothers and their children.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource and mentor for residents, assisting them in resolving issues and preparing for independent living.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the home while fostering a warm and nurturing environment.
Work with staff team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, organizing donations, and tracking residents, visitors, and volunteers.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the home.
Collaborate with staff team to handle crisis situations and complex issues as they arise.
Help develop and maintain up to date policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards of care.  
Uphold strict confidentiality protocols to safeguard the privacy and dignity of residents and their families.
Develop relationships with outside agencies.
Work directly with the board of Lambton Right to Life.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in the social work field is considered an asset. 
Confident, patient, and dependable, with strong leadership skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with compassion and professionalism.
Mature, responsible, and reliable individual. Team player.
Computer skills in Microsoft office, social media, and email required.
Must be able to prepare meals or guide residents with the preparation of meals. 
Flexible scheduling. We are open 24 hrs. a day, 365 days a year.  
Interested applicants must be available to work on call when needed and available to cover shifts on short notice.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds (11.34kg) and do housework as needed.
Able to climb up and down stairs numerous times a shift 
Great work ethic
Experience with and a love for babies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a supportive community and staff team.
Driver's license, vehicle insurance and clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal/child protection background check.
