Christian Charity in Guelph looking for an Executive Assistant with proven experience in assisting executive level management, providing intuitive support in a timely manner, strong customer service orientation, an ability to prioritize, handle details, plan and coordinate multiple tasks

  • Proven experience in assisting executive level management and providing intuitive support in a timely manner
  • Highly competent in file management both digital and hard copy
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and other workplace equipment and software
  • Proven organizational and secretarial skills with a strong customer service orientation, an ability to prioritize, handle details, plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a constant eye to the big picture of the need at hand
  • A friendly patient attitude and general pleasant disposition, good communication skills both written and verbal. A team player
  • Ability to research and format information
  • Ability to compose correspondence from a directive
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. French would be an asset
  • Must be willing to sign the ministry statement of faith and code of conduct
