Executive Director

LCC International Fund Inc. (Canada) is seeking a part-time Executive Director to lead its operations supporting LCC International University in Lithuania, a premier Christian liberal arts institution. This remote part-time position (20-32 hours per week, preference for candidates who can accommodate in-person meetings in Abbotsford, BC) offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact in international Christian education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Including oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, and manage banking relationships.
• Governance Excellence: Including maintain organizational policies, ensure compliance, and foster relationships with the Board of Directors.
• Administrative Oversight: Including manage corporate documentation, coordinate board meetings, and oversee risk management.

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA and/or CPA designation with 5+ years of financial leadership experience in the non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of charitable regulations and experience with accounting systems.
• Active involvement in a Christian community and excellent remote collaboration skills.
