The Contact Centre Associate will be responsible for contributing with excellence and providing a high level of customer service to the Compassion supporters through phone, email and chat. These supporters are sponsors, donors, volunteers or potential future partners. A large percentage of the associate’s time would be receiving inquiries via incoming calls and making outbound service calls. Another portion includes chat, email and data entry, with the remaining portion devoted to team and cultural contributions.

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer and sponsor experiences
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as the role requires a significant amount of communication over the phone as well as written correspondence
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and strong proficiency in a computerized environment as you will be operating multiple systems simultaneously while supporting our supporters
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10
  • Strong data entry skills with 50+ WPM
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment with an aptitude to handle change
  • Committed to team excellence as well as ability to take individual initiative
