Briercrest College invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the field of History commencing August 1st, 2027. The candidate will have the ability to teach broadly in North American and European history. The ability to specialize in the history of World Christianity or non-Western regions will be an asset. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher-scholar who delivers university-level instruction and contributes to Briercrest's Christian liberal-arts environment, in which the liberal arts and biblical studies together form the core of all undergraduate programs.
Candidates should possess a PhD (although exceptional ABD’s may be considered) and demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching, research, and service to the church.
