Busy Christian Charity in Guelph looking for an Administrative and Technical Support Position with proven clerical, analytical and technical skills with a strong customer service orientation and an ability to handle details, plan and coordinate multiple tasks

 

  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and other workplace equipment and software. Strong data-entry, query and reporting skills
  • Uses computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
  • Proven clerical, analytical and technical skills with a strong customer service orientation and an ability to handle details, plan and coordinate multiple tasks
  • A continuous commitment to learning and an inquisitive mind
  • A friendly patient attitude and general pleasant disposition, good communication skills both written and verbal. Works well in a team
  • Ability to research and format information, ability to analyze and resolve differences
  • Ability to compose correspondence
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. French would be an asset
  • Must be willing to sign the ministry statement of faith and code of conduct
