Come and share your expertise!  We are seeking a Project Specialist to serve on the Operations team with us. This is a chance for you to use your skills and experience to support Christian charities across Canada in becoming as healthy and effective as possible.


Do you have a passion for the mission that Christ gave His Church, and want to help our exciting projects meet their goals and timelines? Have you helped deliver important initiatives in a smooth and efficient manner, and worked with a variety of teams and departments? Do you want to come and do meaningful and important work for our ministry? Oversee major projects using a project management discipline, leading to a thorough handoff of the project to the owner. Keep everything under control and on time!

Analyze topics and create clear reports so we can measure our success and continue to do what serves our members best.

Research and strategize for our new programs and services to make sure we’re keeping up with the times and being as efficient and effective as possible.

Share your expertise with other Christian ministries, providing information and content related to effective project management and operational disciplines.

Represent Christian ministries in the sector through your interactions with members, and all other people that reach out to CCCC.

You’re going to be doing a lot of reading and writing, keeping important records and making sure we have what we need to run smoothly. We need to know that you are accurate and always planning ahead.

You are always professional and know how best to represent an organization through appropriate communication both within and outside the organization. You have sound judgement and discretion which means your work is done with excellence.


You have experience with principles and disciplines of project management, as well as experience with Christian ministries, charities, and the CCCC Standards. You need to be driven to learn more all the time, which you will have plenty of opportunity for.

Passionate about charity issues

You are motivated to support Christian ministries and want to help them fulfill their missions. You might have served on a board or volunteered some other way, but you have a heart for service and doing important, meaningful work.


  • Undergraduate degrees in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum five years experience working in the project management profession.
  • Platform experience – project management, operational and online platforms etc.
  • Excellent research, project management, strategic thinking, collaborative and technical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write articles and web content as well as the ability to speak at seminars and conferences
  • Experience working with Christian charities as an employee, professional service provider, or volunteer
  • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and confidence in their ability to grow (continuous learner)
  • Strong interest in serving people and solving problems.
  • Thorough knowledge from an informed theological perspective of the governance, leadership, and operation of a Christian church or ministry.
  • Agreement with CCCC’s Statement of Faith and Community Covenant

This position will be either Hybrid or fully Remote, depending on your location. Those living in the Kitchener-Waterloo, ON area will be designated Hybrid, and may be asked to come into the Elmira office on occasion.
