WHO WE ARE:

International China Concern (ICC) is a global Christian development organization bringing love, hope and opportunity to children with disabilities, and their families in China.  ICC exists to empower the disadvantaged to live life to the full, in the name of Jesus.  Our vision is to see all children with a disability living fulfilling lives in a welcoming society that accepts and respects them.

ICC Canada exists to be a bridge between the work of ICC in China and Canadians with a heart to make a difference in the world. ICC Canada is one of 7 global National Offices. Our role is to resource our projects in China through fundraising and awareness raising. International China Concern Canada is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Finance Manager (Contractor), you will proactively participate in the stewardship of financial resources of International China Concern Canada, enabling us to continue and grow our mission. This is an opportunity to help shape the finance function of a growing national office, not simply maintain it.

The ideal candidate brings strong, practical bookkeeping skills and a heart for ICC’s mission. Established networks within the Christian, charitable, or not-for-profit community would be a welcome bonus.

This is a hybrid contractor role based in the Greater Vancouver area, ideally with one day per week at our Burnaby, BC office, with flexibility for the right candidate. Regular in-person presence supports team integration, operational continuity, and participation in ICC Canada events. You will be part of a small, collaborative team and the wider global ICC network of offices.
