Bridges for Peace Canada is looking for a National CEO in its Winnipeg head office. BFP is a ministry of Christians supporting Israel and building relationships between Christians and Jews, in Israel and around the world. The CEO would initially work under the current CEO for a period up to one year as a Deputy CEO in order to learn the job and to make key connections with partners in the Christian and Jewish communities across Canada.
Job Description
Successfully manage a leadership team and a national network of donors, representative and prayer leaders
Engage in and lead a team in short and long term planning, strategic thinking, budgetting and problem solving
Focus on the health and gowth of a natioal office while remembering that you are part of a global network of national offices, individually responsible to the international headquarters in Jerusalem.
Understand and articulate the biblical foundations upon which the ministry of BFP is built.
Recognize that raising funds to support the programs of BFP in Israel is a critical funtion of the national office.
Carefully guard the vision of BFP in the national office and network.
Effectiveily represent BFP through speaking and writing.
